BACKGROUND
Bright Marketing S.L. promises with certainty any of its clients that he/she has a right for a refund in case of being not satisfied with the services that have been provided or for other reasons.
Besides, Bright Marketing S.L. declares that the client has a right to change his/her mind in case if the client`s account was already funded and to request his/her funds to be refunded.
Absolutely every refund is treated by Bright Marketing S.L. with appropriate care and skill.
NOTE:
This Refund Policy concerns solely client`s funds and transaction fees for Bright Marketing S.L. services.
This Refund Policy does not cover any additional transactions between the clients and the third parties.
Bright Marketing S.L. assumes to do its best to provide every client with good assistance if there are any disputes associated with the refunds.
Refunds in excess of the original amount are completely prohibited.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The client who has paid for Bright Marketing S.L. services, i.e. paid a transaction fee, may ask for a refund according to the Eligibility Criteria as further set out in this document.
Refund will only be taken into consideration when the client follows the Eligibility Criteria comprehensively. When the client does not adhere any of the conditions, Bright Marketing S.L. shall have the right, on its own, to refuse the client’s refund request.
In pursuance of applying for a refund, the client should complete a refund form and send it to the [email protected] or call us.
To verify the authenticity of the request for a refund, all the information concerning the refund may be checked by Bright Marketing S.L.. In such cases, Bright Marketing S.L. may appeal for the providing of certain documents from the client, including identification details, such as: email, telephone number, the first and the last name, current address and/or any other proof that this argued fund was made. If the user fails to provide appropriate information upon Bright Marketing S.L. request or in case of any doubts as to the accuracy of provided information, Bright Marketing S.L. reserves the right to refuse the client’s request for a refund.
The client`s refund form will be processed as fast as possible. Response time varies depending on the reasons for the particular request. In spite of everything, Bright Marketing S.L. shall inform the client on the end result of the request correspondingly to the timescales.
In any case, refund request will only be accomplished or rejected after Bright Marketing S.L.`s meticulous verification.
NOTE: Client`s refund request form does not guarantee that it will be approved.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Every request for a refund will be accepted only when it is received by Bright Marketing S.L. no later than 14 days after the disputed transaction was made.
Every request for a refund should be provided to Bright Marketing S.L. by completed return form.
Completed refund form should be sent to the Bright Marketing S.L. electronic address with 'Refund Request’ in the subject line.
Bright Marketing S.L. does the refund using only the same means of payment which the client used to pay initially.
The company reserves the right to reimburse only the last payment; the first payment is always made by the client independently by understanding the written conditions on the website. The client confirms the conditions by ticking the checkboxes before paying the first time.
Bright Marketing S.L. has a right to give only a partial refund; it is decided individually in each case.
Bright Marketing S.L. does not provide cash refunds; only authorized billing agents to refund the requested transaction back to the client.
PROCESSING TIMELINE
Within fourteen days from the date of the refund form receipt, Bright Marketing S.L. shall get in touch with the client to ask for further details (if it is required), and the client shall provide such details as soon as possible but, what is important, no later than fourteen days following such request.
Bright Marketing S.L. shall inform the client by mail on its resolution regarding the refund request, because it may take time to make an appropriate decision:
• within five business days following the obtaining the last requested additional information;
• within five business days following the obtaining the refund form if no other information is needed.
Refund will be provided without detainment within fourteen days starting from the day when Bright Marketing S.L. agrees that the client is entitled to a refund.
The user will get no refund if:
• the requested details by Bright Marketing S.L. was not provided, within the terms indicated here.
• Bright Marketing S.L. has suspicions that the client is involved in an illegal or fraudulent activity.
• There is no reasonable ground for the refund.
CHARGEBACKS
There are expectations that the client will contact Bright Marketing S.L. using our contact details to solve any issue connected to his/her funds related to the services Bright Marketing S.L. provides before making a chargeback request from the bank.
Bright Marketing S.L. contacts the client`s Issuing Bank to get any important information about the client and his transactions. We can use third party services to process received chargebacks.
Bright Marketing S.L. can temporarily stop the client's account and inhibit client's funds during the procedure of the chargeback investigation.
The client cannot be refunded if a chargeback was submitted.
MISCELLANEOUS
Bright Marketing S.L. reserves the right to correct its Refund Policy from time to time if there are any changes in the legislation. If any changes were done, Bright Marketing S.L. will announce about it to the client, and only after this notification, the changes will apply.
In the case when the client does not want to accept the corrected Refund Policy, he/she does not have the possibility to continue using Bright Marketing S.L. services. If the client still uses the provided services after the date where changes were confirmed, the new Refund Policy must be accepted by him/her without fail.
Bright Marketing S.L. shall not be responsible for different losses (direct/indirect, special/incidental), any kind of damages, including lost profits connected directly or indirectly to the Bright Marketing S.L. services usage, amount of processing time of the refund information.
